Protection of Lenphatic Vessels by Methylen Blue Injecton at Laparoscopic Varicelele Operation

One of the mostly seen complication after laparoscopic varicolece operjection during ation is hydrocele at the ipsilateral side. In this video, we showed how methylene blue injection to the scrotum during operation highlighted the lenphatic vessels. So it is easy to protect these vessels during dissection.

Laparoskopik varikosel ameliaytlarından sonra görülen komplikasyonlardan biri de aynı tarafda hidrosel oluşumudur. Bu video çalışmamızda, ameliyat sırasında skrotuma enjekte edilen metilen mavisinin lenf damarlarını belirgin hale getirerek diseksiyon sırasında bu dmarların korunduğunu göstermeyi amaçladık.
