Introduction
Neuroblastoma tumors and other neural crest origin constitute 6-10% of malignant tumors in childhood flour. There are three types of pathological .Neuroblastoma; immature to fully contain neural crest cells, if undifferentiated immature and mature ganglion cells containing together is called ganglioneuroblastoma and ganglioneuroma containing only the mature ganglion cells.
Cases And Method
Between the years 2000-2016 due to adrenal masses were retrospectively evaluated 38 patients who were operated. 24 cases were (63.1%) men, 14 (39.1%) were female. The mean age at diagnosis in patients with girls ere 2.9 and boys were 3.9 (average 3.5 years) . In 27 cases (71%) left, while in 11 cases (29%) patients the right placement. Applicants complaints; swelling in the abdomen, urinary tract infection, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing and eye were bruising. Pathologic evaluation of 27 patients (71%), neuroblastoma, and 6 patients (15.7%) ganglioneuroma, 3 patients (13.3%) was detected ganglioneuroblastoma. The average age of diagnosis of neuroblastoma cases diagnosed in 2.2 but ganglioneuroma and ganglioneuroblastoma average age of diagnosis was diagnosed in 7.5. Average tumor size prior to preoperative chemotherapy for neuroblastoma by an average of 15 cm and 2.5 cm, while the average during the operation but ganglioneuroblastoma and ganglioneuroma were 5 centimeters. Neuroblastoma was diagnosed with stage 3-4 patients tumor stage, liver, eyes and lymph node metastasis, the cause is lost.
Result
Neuroblastoma and ganglioneuroblastoma include malignant. Ganglioneuroma carries a very low risk of malignant transformation of benign nevertheless accepted. Ganglioneuroblastoma ganglioneuroma and I are rarely detected retroperitoneal mass in childhood. Despite their large size do not metastasize and is cured with just surgery and survival rates are good.
