Aim: Recurrent (redo) orchidopexy surgeries are mostly difficult operations due to altered anatomy and dens scaring in patients with recurrent undescended testis. Being far from old incision, high scrotal approach (Bianchi procedure) is easier in the patients with testis in the external inguinal ring or high scrotal level.
Material and Method: The medical records of 10 patients, who were treated in our clinic between the years 2008-2015 because of the recurrence of undescended testes, were analyzed retrospectively. The patient's age at time of surgery, the time between operations, the reasons for re-operation and the results of surgical treatment were evaluated.
Results: Ten patients with the average age of 5.7 (range 2-10 years) were operated with Bianchi procedure between the years 2008-2015. Four of the patients were admitted because of recurrence of undescended testiss after orchidopexy performed in other hospitals. Two of the patients underwent staged surgery and four of the patients with recurrent undescended testis underwent orchidopexy in our clinic before. Testis were placed and fixed to the dartos pouch with Bianchi procedure in all cases. There were no complications in the early postoperative period and there were no recurrences or atrophy in the follow-up period of 10 month -8 years.
Conclusion: Bianchi procedure is safe, efficient and relatively easy to perform in selected cases for redo orchidopexy surgery.

Amaç: İnmemiş testise yönelik tekrarlayan (redo) orşiodpeksi girişimleri genellikle, bozulmuş anatomi ve sıkı yapışlıklar nedeni ile zor operasyonlardır. Nüks olgularda ve evreli girişimlerde eski insizyondan uzak olduğu için, testisin dış delik düzeyinde ya da yüksek skrotal yerleşimde olduğu durumlarda yüksek skrotal yaklaşım (Bianchi işlemi) daha kolay olmaktadır.
Gereç ve yöntem: Nüks inmemiş testis nedeni ile2008-2015 yılları arasında kliniğimizde tedavi edilen 10 hastanın tıbbi kayıtları geriye dönük olarak incelenerek yaş, operasyonlar arasındaki süre, re-operasyon nedenleri ve cerrahi tedavi sonuçları açısından değerlendirilmiştir.
Bulgular: Yaş ortalaması 5,7 (2-10 yaş) olan 10 hasta 2008-2015 yılları arasında Bianchi işlemi ile opere edilmiştir. Olgulardan ikisi kliniğimizde yapılan evreli girişim, dördü başka merkezlerde yapılmış inmemiş testis operasyonunun nüksü ve diğer dördü ise kliniğimizde yapılan operasyonların nüksü nedeni ile başvurmuştu. Tüm olgularda testis Bianchi işlemi ile skrotuma indirilip dartosa tespit edilmiştir. Postoperatif komplikasyon gelişmeyen olguların 10ay-8 yıl arasında yapılan izlemlerinde nüks ya da atrofi saptanmamıştır.
Sonuç: Redo orşidopeksi girişimleri için seçilmiş olgularda Bianchi işlemi emin, etkin ve uygulanması nispeten daha kolay bir girişimdir.
